This is for my people that have thought, "hmm, you know what? I think I would like a personal trainer... but it's just so damn expensive!" JB Fitness' Group Training gives you the instruction of personal training combined with the affordability of a class setting. At half the price of a private session, you can either save half your money on cost, or double the training time of Private Sessions at the same cost!

Semi-private Training (2 people)

The semi-private sessions JB Fitness get you one step closer to the the attention you get in a private session while saving a bit on cost. At this point you have graduated into a customized training program designed specifically to fit your needs and expectations. This affords you a more hands on training experience at less of a cast than private sessions.

The pinnacle of personal training. Private training gives you the customized personal program designed to your specific needs along with undivided attention. There is nothing better than the feeling of feeling great, and private training will get you the closest to that and as quick as possible.

Step 1: Decide what you are comfortable with
Everyone has a different comfort level when it comes to fitness, and that's exactly why JB Fitness has created so many options. Are you OK working out amongst others, or would you prefer to work out on your own?
Step 2: What's your budget
Don't think about the cost of each session, but more importantly, have an idea of what you're comfortable spending per month. Personal training can seem expensive because your paying for a knowledge base. Sometimes it's much easier to look at it monthly.
Step 3: Think about how often you'd like to workout
Take an honest look at your schedule and lifestyle. In a perfect world, how many times a week you would like to exercise? How many times a week can you realistically exercise? How far apart are those numbers?
Step 4: Reach out to Jonah that chat about your best fit
OK, so you have any idea of what you want, how much you want to spend a month, and how often you would like to workout. The next thing to do is reach out to me, personally. I am certain that we can find the right fit for you, your schedule, you wants and needs, and your budget!
